When you are arrested for a DUI, or any other criminal charge, many concerns arise. A DUI or criminal charge can affect your employment, reputation, financial stability and freedom. When selecting an attorney, experience matters. My goal is to provide the knowledge and experience needed to aggressively defend your rights. As a former prosecutor and current defense attorney, I have valuable knowledge and experience necessary in defending your case.
Depending on the circumstances of each particular case, motions or challenges may be filed in defending a case. The circumstances surrounding your encounter with the police may directly affect the outcome of your case. Law enforcement officers are required to follow the law and appropriate procedures when conducting traffic stops and arrests. If the appropriate procedures were not followed, then challenges to the stop or arrest may be filed in court. I look forward to standing with you in court defending your rights.
